Visited this store a few days ago with my Mum to buy a recliner chair. Really impressed by the customer service. Nick was friendly and helpful, listened to what was needed and had loads of product knowledge and advice, without being at all pushy. The store has a massive selection of furniture, with some amazing room sets, well laid out. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Superb Service.I visited the Coleford showroom today with a dear friend of mine in her 80's. Nick was wonderful and my months of cajoling to actually get her there was rewarded with her buying a much needed recliner chair and some new bedding. Nick was patient and witty and she eventually succumbed to his charm. In her words 'such a nice young man'. Many thanks Nick.
