Getting an appointment here is absolutely shocking. If you call and try and make an appointment they offer you a date in +3 weeks time and if you're looking for a late afternoon / evening appointment, I don't think these exist! The receptionists attitude is also shocking, when you call they're awkward and never seem to want to help. Out of all the doctors surgeries in the Forest of Dean, I think this one is the worst! Stay away.
