Sold the vehicle I bought off them this year had to pay the buyer 25 as this bunch of amateurs didn't even inform the DVLA I had bought the car!
Sold me a car that had no not. Promised to have it ready a week after paying a deposit received the car 5 days late,although was grateful they delivered it. My biggest gripe is the advert said the car had 108000 on clock when it had 130000! This for a petrol engine is significantly higher. I have also never received the documents through the post so am having to go to the post office to register the car which somehow passed its not with a blowing exhaust. Be careful!

I have to say, I'm totally blown away with the service and integrity of this small yet brilliant little business.After spying a car that I liked online, I gave them a ring. I spoke to Ian, the manager, and it was like talking to an old friend. There was no pretence, no salesman jargon - just total honesty. I drove up there and meeting him (and his other two collegues) was like a breath of fresh air. Extremely understanding, helpful and friendly. We took the car for a test drive, Ian had all the time in the world for me, we sat down, shared a few stories and stuck a deal. Marie in the office even explained the two bad reviews floating about Google and completely put my mind at ease. These reviews wouldn't have been written if the customers had just rang 1st Time Cars with the issue. This company will move mountains to make a customer happy. If you're reading this, then you're probably looking at a car in their salesyard. Let me put YOUR mind at ease and tell you that I've never been treated so well in my 14 years of driving. They even took care of the car tax refund and documentation for the part-exchange and assured a 1 month warranty on engine and transmittion problems.I can't forsee any issues - the car is a peach. Even after the transaction, I was shown around the car, and I drove off with a beaming smile on my face. I loved the care that was given, attention to detail, the warm welcome, the car, the price, and most of all, the finishing touches. Customer service was first class. Hands down FIVE STARS.
Nice enough to deal with, but obviously inept at offering checked, warranted and above board vehicles, as a car I bought had 40,280 miles reduced on the odometer unscrupulously. There's much better people to buy from than these guys.
