Me n da mandem were ready to munch some grub, so we visited boss man like Kaplans. Upon ariveal we were greeted with a bare stinky atitood, try to tell da mandem theirs no room yet theirs plenty of seets up the stairs, we sit down get grub then as it arived the stench of the atitood increased as waiter said cmon guys were busy after she tryed delivering food to the rong table even tho we the custumers too >:( utter disgrace u is getting a 1/12 from me grrrr
My partner and I have been into Kaplan's a couple of times when hungry and in the area.Each time the staff are helpful, friendly and patient.The food is of good quality and well priced.On our first visit an elderly lady had come in for her breakfast and one of the waitresses had sat down with her and was talking to her whilst doing busy tasks. The staff looked out for her and kept her company the whole time she was there. I really like this place and will definitely revisit.
