If i could possibly give a 0 out of 5 i would.. Asked for blonde highlights but came out ginger. Patches of hair were missing. Also had a haircut as this was included and even this went horribly wrong as i now have 1 big chunk of hair shorter than the rest. Don't waste your money. Shame because the lady was lovely.
